Our manufacturing innovation projects often lead to unexpected or uncertain results by their nature. As projects progress and mature, the key constraints of project scope, quality, risks, costs and schedule are likely to be challenged.
We have a defined procedure for change management and control, which is included in our project management service. The project manager for your project will be happy to discuss any potential issues.
